About the academy & club
The LaPadel Agency Croatian villa in Split has a resident Head Coach with experience running group padel programmes for all levels. For specific groups or on request, additional professional coaches and semi-professional players can be brought in through the resort's partnerships with padel federations. Coaching sessions are conducted in English.
The property is minutes from central Split by speedboat, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beaches of the Dalmatian coast.

About the hotel & accommodation
The property consists of two independent houses. The main house has 5 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The small house has 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Both houses share the common outdoor area: a large infinity pool (heated when needed), an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ and a lounge and dining area. Sunbeds and pool towels included. A 500-metre walk leads to a supermarket, cafe, restaurant, pharmacy and bakery.

Booking and cancellation policy
Booking and payment policy:
30% is paid at the time of booking
The final payment of 70% is paid via a separate invoice no later than 30 days before arrival
The statutory tourist tax is not included and is payable on-site
Cancellation & refund policy:
For cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival, 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made 30 to 60 days before arrival, no booking fee will be refunded
For cancellations made later than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged
