Nous ferons tout notre possible pour conserver votre acompte afin que vous puissiez choisir une autre date. Si vous ne savez pas quand vous pourrez repartir et que vous préférez être remboursé, nous vous rembourserons :
100 % du montant total du forfait si la réservation est annulée 30 jours à l'avance.
100 % du montant des activités de padel si l'annulation intervient entre 29 et 15 jours à l'avance.
Les annulations effectuées moins de 14 jours à l'avance ne donneront pas droit à un remboursement.
