Terms and Conditions ("Terms") - LaPadel Agency

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the services offered by LaPadel Agency ("the agent", "the agency", "us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Padel Travels and Experiences

Definitions:

Client: The individual or group booking the travel and sport event services.
Host (Padel Club): The organization providing the sport facilities and related services.
Agency: The sport travel agency facilitating the booking between the client and the host.

a. Booking and Payment:

Our agency offers padel travels and experiences in various Spanish cities, including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Mallorca, Ibiza, Málaga, Sevilla and Marbella.

Policies on Rates, Guarantees, and Cancellation

1. Rates:

a. Service Fee:

ADMINISTRATION FEE €250: Commencement of the reservation process for budgets below €3,000.
ADMINISTRATION FEE €500: Commencement of the reservation process for budgets above €3,000.

b. Additional Costs:

Any additional costs incurred during the journey and not included in the agreed itinerary will be the responsibility of the client and billed separately.

c. Deposits and Payments:

A 30% initial payment is required upon confirming the reservation.
Full payment must be made at least 15 days before the trip's start date.

2. Guarantees:

a. Custom Itineraries Guarantee:

We commit to customer satisfaction with custom itineraries. In the event of dissatisfaction before the trip begins, we will adjust the plan at no additional cost or refund the service fee.

b. Sports Services Guarantee:

We guarantee the quality and delivery of sports services included in our packages. In the face of significant disruptions or unforeseen changes, we will seek alternative solutions or provide appropriate compensation.
In case of non fortuitous event (climate or meteorically issues) that cause the impossibility of sport practice, bookings will try to be rescheduled but paid amounts will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation Policy:

3.1 General Overview:

This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations made by the client, the host (padel club), and the agency. It aims to provide clarity and fairness to all parties involved. These policies are designed to establish a clear and fair relationship between LaPadel Agency and our valued clients. Any modifications to these policies will be communicated transparently and in a timely manner.

3.2 Cancellation Modalities:

Very flexible:

Agency can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding processing fees) of their reservation price. Reservation cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to event start time are non-refundable.

Flexible:

Agency can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (excluding processing fees) of their reservation price. Reservation cancellations submitted less than 48 hours prior to event start time are non-refundable.

Standard:

Agency can cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the event start time and will receive a full refund ( excluding processing costs ) of your reserve price. Agency can cancel their reservation between 7 days and 48 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding processing costs) of their reservation price. Reservation cancellations submitted less than 24 hours prior to event start time are non-refundable.

3.3. Cancellation by the Client:

In the event of client cancellation before the trip's start date:
- A cancellation fee of 20% of the total package cost will be applied if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

3.4. Cancellation by LaPadel Agency:

In unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that require the agency to cancel the trip, the total amount paid by the client will be refunded.

If the agency cancels the event more than 30 days before the event, the client will receive a full refund and a 10% discount on a future booking.
If the agency cancels the event less than 30 days before the event, the client will receive a full refund and a 20% discount on a future booking.

Force Majeure:

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events that make the event impossible to conduct, the agency will provide a full refund. However, no additional discounts or compensations will be offered.

3.5 Cancellation by the Host (Padel Club):

In unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that require the agency to cancel the trip, the total amount paid by the client will be refunded.

If the agency cancels the event more than 30 days before the event, the client will receive a full refund and a 10% discount on a future booking.
If the agency cancels the event less than 30 days before the event, the client will receive a full refund and a 20% discount on a future booking.

3.5.1 Modification by Host:

The host may propose modifications to the event. If the client does not agree to the changes, they are entitled to a full refund.

2. Padel Jobs

a. Job Placement Services:

LaPadel Agency offers job placement services for Spanish and Latin padel coaches seeking employment abroad. We maintain a database of coaches and padel clubs interested in hiring them.

b. Payment Terms:

PROFESSIONAL FEE STRUCTURE

- Price List in Retain:
Padel Coach: €1,500 (Includes a 1-month guarantee)
Head Coach: €2,250 (Includes a 2-month guarantee)
Manager: €3,000 (Includes a 3-month guarantee)

Guarantee Period: In case of justified dismissal or resignation by the employee before the end of the guarantee period, LaPadel Agency will offer an additional hiring process free of charge.

- Price List in Success:
Administration Fee: €450.
Purpose: Start of the Hiring Process

Cancellation Fee: €1,000.
Condition: If the club decides to cancel the position after receiving a proposal from LaPadel Agency within 20 days of the project's start, the club is obligated to pay a cancellation fee of €1,000.

Total initial fee €1,000+€450

Price list after hiring approval:
Padel Coach: €500 (Includes a 1-month guarantee)
Head Coach: €1,250 (Includes a 2-month guarantee)
Manager: €2,000 (Includes a 3-month guarantee)

3. Collaborator Club

a. Club Promotion Service on Our Website:

Option 1: Semi-Annual Plan (6 months) - €350
Option 2: Annual Plan (1 year) - €500

These plans include the promotion of clubs by our agency on platforms such as Meta, Google, and Social Media during the specified periods to attract potential clients.

At the end of the term, the club has the option to renew the plan. Otherwise, the agency reserves the right to remove the club and its published ads.

In the event of no communication from the club within 30 days after the plan's expiration, it will be deemed as active silence, and payment for the previously contracted plan will be required.

B. Payments:

All payments will be transferred after the reservation takes place.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least [30 days' notice] prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
