Booking & cancellation policy
Booking and payment policy:
50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due 15 days before your trip.
Cancellation & refund policy:
We'll do our best to hold your deposit so you can select another date. If you are unsure when you will be able to travel again and would prefer a refund, we will refund you:
100% full package refund if the reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance.
100% padel activities refund with at least 29 to 15 days in advance.
Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
