This is the plan:
• Round-trip transfer from the airport to the center
• 7 nights of accommodation at the Residence*
• 12 hours per week of technical padel training (1 coach per 4 players)
• 5 hours of group-based physical conditioning
• 3 hours per week of competition training (1 coach per 4 players)
• 2 hours of off-court activities
• Certificate ceremony and local product tasting**
